To whom it may concern,
Recently our church completed construction of our new facility which was designed by Mike Rust, Architect. I’ve done a number of construction projects for my own business and was fully prepared to spend numerous hours with Mike trying to help him come up with ideas to accomplish our design goals with in the constraints of our limited budget.
As I expected, our initial bids were well outside of our budget. What was surprising was Mike immediately sprung into action with creative ideas that brought the project in line with our budget without compromising the quality or aesthetics of the building.
The bottom line is that our project was finished ahead of schedule and ahead of budget. We have a building that is not only functional but beautiful. I haven’t met many men with Mike’s artistic ability and certainly no one possessing that ability and his construction knowledge. If you are considering a building project, commercial or residential, I would strongly recommend using Mike Rust as your architect.
